    质量保证服务承诺

    1.三包有效期内质量保证承诺

    1)在整机三包有效期内达到以下条件,用户可凭三包凭证、购机发票至杭州启飞智能科技有限公司经销商处更换无人机配件。 a.若中控、GPS 等模块出现非人为质量问题,可更换新的模块。 b.动力系统出现非人为异常导致无人机无法正常使用的,可在购机 7 日内更换新机。

    2)主要零部件保修期限:详见“配件保修期限表”。

    2.保修期内质量保证承诺

    在整机保修期内,用户所购无人机出现非人为质量问题,由杭州启飞智能科技有限公司服务商予检查、维修。

    a.每次维修时间超过 7 日(路途所占用的时间不在维修时间之内),当为用户提供备用机。

    b.维修时间定义:自用户与杭州启飞智能科技有限公司售后部确定维修之时起(以双方签订任务委托书为准),至完成维修之时止(以维修凭证开具 时间为准),一次维修占用时间不足 24 小时,以一日计算。

    特别提示:下列情形所占用时间不计入修理项目维修时间: a.无人机保养所占用的时间。 b.维修完工因用户原因导致无人机交付时在服务商处停留的时间。 c.运输特殊配件所占用的时间。

  • Declaration

    When using our product, if direct or indirect personal injury, property damage, etc. are caused by the following reasons, AGR will not be liable for compensation and legal responsibility:

    1. The operator failed to comply with local laws and regulations.

    2. The operator has not obtained the training certificate of our company.

    3. Operator error or subjective judgment error.

    4. Other damages that are not within the scope of AGR responsibility.

    5. Compensation for any mental damage caused by the accident.

    6. Natural wear, corrosion, line aging, etc. cause poor operation of the product itself.

    7. Fly in strong interference areas such as radio transmission towers, high-voltage lines, and substations.

    8. Fail to read the user manual carefully, and fail to follow the instructions in all installation and operation.

    9. Improper maintenance, unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification or replacement of the original parts of the A22 plant protection drone.

    10. Improper storage, such as subject to strong impact, squeeze, or placed in an inappropriate environment (in case of fire).

    11. Fly in no-fly zones, public safety places, above crowds, or dangerous areas and other unsuitable areas outside of farmland.

    12. The operator has caused an accident by operating the aircraft while drinking, taking drugs, drug anesthesia, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, etc., in poor physical or mental conditions.

    13. There are obvious signs or prompts indicating that the product is abnormal, and the operator did not check before the flight or did not pay attention during the flight, resulting in the abnormality not being discovered, or the abnormality has been discovered but still continues to be used.
